This series is designed to be FUN and offers a rich blend of somatic practices, including dance, yoga, breathwork, vulva cupping, tapping, twerking, anatomy discussion, and more. It is a space to deepen your awareness of your pelvic health and explore how it influences your physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

Your relationship to your pelvis – physically, emotionally, and spiritually – is foundational to your overall health and vitality. This sacred center is not only the core of your physical health but also the wellspring of your creativity, sensuality, and emotional balance. In this series, we will explore how the health of your body depends on a thriving pelvis and how the flourishing of your emotional and spiritual life relies on a deeply connected relationship to this center.

We will gather at The Gillespie’s home in Craftsbury, VT. You will receive the address upon signing up.

Registration is required and space is limited.

Dress comfortably to be outside. Men and boys may be using the sauna. Bring two towels and comfortable sauna clothes if you plan to participate.

The Diamond Heart is a space to which anyone who identifies as a male is welcome, to explore themes and practices regarding masculinity. This includes topics of transitiona nd right of passage throughout the stages of development, from boyhood to man.

In this space we examine and utilize practices related to the five elements, in order to enter these powerful topics with full/body curiosity engaged.

We will gather at The Nest in West Glover, VT. Bring a snack to share if it is easeful + a mug + utensils.

Registration is required and space is limited.

Dress comfortably to be outside. Bring water and something comfortable to sit on.

 

Pablo is a licensed and practicing psychotherapist, with a background in multiple meditation disciplines, including Buddhism, martial arts, and plant medicine wisdom.

He identifies as Latinx, and is devoted to self and community empowerment through the paths of radical self-awareness, transformation, and proactive social justice. He believes every single one of us has the innate capacity for deep healing, evolution, and service, and is dedicated to the cultivation of these through meditations that challenge comfort, self doubt, and believed limitation.

It is an gift to have Pablo Coddou creating a container to honor the five element energies + masculinity + the Rites of Passages that boys and men go through in life.

The Black Moon Red Tent will converge with Diamond Heart in a fire ceremony to honor and give offerings in blessing to the creation of Diamond Heart and continuation of the Black Moon Red Tent!

Black Moon Red Tent

Traditionally, young girls, women, mothers and elders have sat together to ensure the passage of teachings, medicine, stories, songs and more.

This is an invitation to women of all generations to gather in circle, share, connect and learn from one another.

This space is one to remember and relax. It is an opportunity for our elders to pass down their wisdom and for the youth to inspire.

There will be hot tea and light snacks provided. Feel free to bring a snack to share if it feels easeful.

We will gather in The Circle Tent at The Nest NEK in West Glover.

Registration is required as space is limited to only 11 ladies.

Dress comfortably. Bring water and something comfortable to sit on. If you feel called, you can bring an offering for the alter, the land or to share with the women in the circle.
