Black Moon Red Tent
Traditionally, young girls, women, mothers and elders have sat together to ensure the passage of teachings, medicine, stories, songs and more.
Step into this sacred circle of sisterhood, where girls and women of all ages come together to explore the timeless thresholds of womanhood.
The Black Moon Red Tent is a space where we rewrite the story of what it means to become a woman, weaving a new narrative for the women of tomorrow.
This gathering is an invitation to:
Transform the way young girls relate to their menstrual cycle by embracing it as a powerful rite of passage.
Honor the significant transitions from birth to menopause in a nurturing, intentional community.
Create deep bonds through shared wisdom, stories, and ceremony, passing down the gifts of womanhood in an environment of care and respect.
Join us in reclaiming the sacred rites of passage that celebrate every stage of a woman’s journey, as we gather under the energy of the Black Moon to honor our cycles, our bodies, and our shared connection to the feminine.
There will be hot tea and light snacks provided. Bring a snack to share if it is easeful + a mug for tea + utensils.
We will gather around the fire at The Nest in West Glover, VT.
Registration is required and space is limited.
Dress comfortably to be outside. Bring water and something comfortable to sit on. If you feel called, you can bring an offering for the alter, the land or to share with the women in the circle.
