What is Unveil the Pelvis?

Unveil the Pelvis is a four part movement journey designed to help women reconnect with their bodies, especially their pelvic center – the root of creativity, vitality, and power. This series is designed to be FUN and offers a rich blend of somatic practices, including dance, yoga, breathwork, vulva cupping, tapping, twerking, anatomy discussion, and more. It is a space to deepen your awareness of your pelvic health and explore how it influences your physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

Why the Pelvis Matters:

Your relationship to your pelvis – physically, emotionally, and spiritually – is foundational to your overall health and vitality. This sacred center is not only the core of your physical health but also the wellspring of your creativity, sensuality, and emotional balance. In this series, we will explore how the health of your body depends on a thriving pelvis and how the flourishing of your emotional and spiritual life relies on a deeply connected relationship to this center.

By addressing both the physical structure of the pelvis and the energetic connection it holds, you will uncover the power of aligning your body and spirit for greater well-being.

What You’ll Experience:

  • Dance & Movement – Explore the rhythms of your body and engage in free, joyful movement that connects you to your pelvis.

  • Yoga & Breathwork – Ground yourself in your sacred center through breath and yoga sequences focused on pelvic alignment and awareness.

  • Twerking & Somatic Practices – Play with fun, liberating movements like twerking to release stored energy and embrace your creative flow.

  • Vulva Cupping & Tapping – Learn practical techniques to nurture your pelvic region and restore balance.

  • Fun Anatomy Discussions – Understand the structure and function of your pelvis in a way that’s engaging and empowering.
