Weekly Community Yoga classes made up of strengthening asanas, breathwork, relaxation and enjoying nature.

Classes held in-person at Shadow Lake Beach in West Glover, VT.

Parking available at beach access and across the street.

Suggested donation of $10. Nobody turned away for lack of funds.
